The Holiday Shop pops up in a new Portland spot each December! We’re grateful to everyone who chooses reuse for their holiday shopping—as well as the talented artists & dedicated volunteers who make it all possible.
This event includes garden art, as well as home & holiday decor, jewelry, clothing & huggables—all perfect for sustainable gift-giving!

CALL FOR ARTISTS
ReClaim It invites you to apply to be part of our Holiday Shop the first two weekends in December 2024!
We are looking to fill a central Portland location (TBD) with art made from at least 80% repurposed materials. We are looking for home decor, housewares, garden art, jewelry, clothing & kids' stuff that make great gifts.
Rolling acceptance until full.
Event overview:
The shop will be open the first 2 weekends in December. Fri-Sun, Dec 6-8 & Dec. 13-15.
Art must be made from a minimum 80% recycled, salvaged or reclaimed materials.
No booth fee. No application fee.
Commission rate to ReClaim It is 30%.
Artists don’t need to be present at the shop. We handle art inventory & drop-off a week before the opening & cashier the event ourselves. We will provide more details about the administrative process when your application is accepted.
Selection process
We are looking for a wide variety of art & gifts that appeal to a mix of ages, styles, cultures & spending ability.
We want to limit the number of small price items (under $15) to emphasize greater sales income for all & recommend prices to not exceed $300 for a single item.
Steps to Apply

Acceptances are rolling until full, so submit as early as possible!
We request photos with submission if you are a new artist to ReClaim It or are a returning artist creating new varieties of art we haven’t seen.
