Cracked Pots/ReClaim It is looking for passionate & skilled individuals to join our Board of Directors & help us expand our impact in sustainability, creative reuse, & community engagement. We’re a spirited group that believes in working hard, having fun, & making a real difference!

As a small nonprofit with a hands-on Board leadership team & no executive director, you’ll have a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping our organization while advancing environmental sustainability.

We’re especially seeking Board members with expertise in the following areas:

• Finance & Budgeting: Help ensure our long-term financial sustainability through planning, budgeting, & oversight. Ideal candidates may have experience as a CPA, bookkeeper, financial analyst, or nonprofit treasurer.

• Community Organizing & Advocacy: Mobilize people, build coalitions, & strengthen grassroots engagement to amplify our mission.

• Fundraising & Development: Lead donor cultivation, grant writing, & creative fundraising efforts to support our work.

• Nonprofit Leadership: Bring experience from mission-driven organizations to help guide strategy & operations.

If you’re passionate about environmental justice, sustainability, & strengthening Portland’s circular economy, we’d love to hear from you! Expect to contribute 5–10 hours per month to committee work & board meetings. Many of our Board members also volunteer at ReClaim It, at the dump, or at pop-up events.
